Fitness is a combination of physical, mental and emotional aspects. A person who is physically fit has the ability to move his or her body in different ways. A person who is mentally fit has the ability to think and reason. A person who is emotionally fit has the ability to handle stress and deal with life’s challenges.
Fitness is an attitude. A person who is fit has the desire to live a healthy lifestyle. A person who is unfit may not even want to live.
There are many ways to become fit. You can become fit by eating right, exercising regularly, doing some form of cardio, losing weight or you can try to build up your muscles.
You can eat a lot of food but still be unhealthy if you do not exercise regularly. Your body will store all the calories as fat if you do not burn it off. If you do not exercise regularly, your body will not get the energy it needs to function properly. This could lead to a variety of problems such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and osteoporosis.

A person can also become fit by exercising regularly. You can choose from a variety of activities. You can jog, walk, swim, bike ride, play basketball, play tennis, do aerobics, do yoga, or do any other type of exercise.
A person can become fit by losing weight. You can lose weight by changing what you eat and by exercising regularly. Losing weight can be done gradually over time. You can also go on a diet plan to lose weight. A person can also lose weight by doing some form of cardio.
You can also become fit by building up your muscles. You can do this by lifting weights, doing pushups, doing sit ups or doing any other type of exercise. You can also gain muscle mass by doing resistance training.
You can become fit by improving your posture. You can do this by sitting up straight, keeping your shoulders back, keeping your neck straight and not slouching when you are sitting.
